We use a number of new technologies, e.g. NetApp, Brocade, EMC, CommVault, F5 Big-IP Atlantis ILIO, Atlantis USX, AppSense, XenMobile, SCCM, SCOM, or MBAM and InTune. R&D and Business Application Services

In R&D we create dedicated server and cloud computing solutions as well as software for Fujitsu products. We use more than 20 programming languages, including C, C++, Assembly, STL, Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Scala, SQL, F#, Cobol, Perl. Working here gives me the opportunity to progress. I highly recommend this place!

EMEIA Finance and Supply Chain Services

After joining Fujitsu, I was pleasantly surprised by how much the employer can offer. On a daily basis in EMEIA Finance and Order Management Services we perform services for Fujitsu units, taking care of e.g. Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, Project Contract and Accounting, General Ledger, Order Management, Treasury, Internal Audit, Product Pricing&Bid Finance. The company offers a wide range of training, including ACCA or CIMA courses. We always do some cool things like blood donations, getting together for special events and drinking lemon juice on Smile Day. And the best thing of all is our Lazy Friday. Once a month we work two hours shorter - who wouldn’t like to start off their weekend a bit earlier?

Service Management stands for close and continuous cooperation with the client. On a daily basis we manage service delivery, incident, directory services, problem, change, and knowledge. People are our most important asset - both customers and colleagues. Thanks to them we develop every day and work in an open and friendly atmosphere. The possibility to work from home from time to time and business travel is just the icing on the cake.

Do you like people and want to grow? Then this is the job for you. In Fujitsu we help clients in the first and second line of support using ITIL guidelines. That is: incident, problem, change, knowledge and configuration management. Sounds complicated? No problem, you will learn everything here. We have a lot of onsite training and unlimited access to an online learning platform. The best thing is the promotion opportunities. You don’t have to wait long for them. From here you can go really far - half of our top managers started on the Service Desk.

BPO

BPO is one of the most diverse lines of business in Fujitsu Lodz center. We support internal business processes within the company's global structures, purchase and sales services, and provide system and process updates. Our responsibilities include Master Data Management, IT solutions, systems and tools, and risk analysis and management. We are a bit like special agents: good preparation and qualifications, as well as willingness to take on various challenges to support our business and our clients in the best possible way – this is what really counts.
